A borrowed ring is placed into a clear glass. A piece of paper is shown and the ring is poured from the glass onto the paper, and the paper is crunched into a ball with the ring inside. The spectator can feel the ring inside the paper. The ring is placed in the metallic holder. The performer explains that a little heat will cause a chemical reaction which will make the ring nice and shiny. Light the paper and the ring disappears in a flash of light. The spectator's ring can then be produced from any small production utility such as nested containers or money box.
(clear glass, production utility, and flash paper not supplied).
