This is the IMPROVED BIRD CALL AND PRAIRIE WHISTLE!

This classic item is often sought after, but rarely found. This bird call is of excellent quality and has a special clear plastic backing which can be used again without tearing or deteriorating after a few uses.

Directions for use:
Place on your tongue with reed toward the teeth and finished side (round part/backing material) of the warbler towards the back of your mouth. Let the warbler get wet for about 1 minute. Hold the warbler against the roof of your mouth with your tongue and hiss gently at first, Then increase the hiss for a louder sound. With variations of the tongue and lips, you can imitate all kinds of birds and beasts.

TIPS ON THE USE OF THE IMPROVED PLASTIC SWISS WARBLER
The old leather Swiss Warblers have not been made for a long time. The leather portion has been replaced over the years, most likely due to it’s cost, by paper of varying qualities up until recently. The paper warblers (which have a backing that deteriorates with use) now have had their paper portion replaced by a piece of thin clear plastic. The paper version is still currently available if you prefer it that way. The manufacturer that the NEW PLANET MAGIC SHOP gets it’s supply from makes warblers that are of good quality either way. The reed (the part that actually makes the sound) is also made of good quality material and is the same in both warblers. The advantage of the plastic warbler (improved by replacing the paper with plastic) is that the plastic supporting material does not deteriorate from normal use. The reed will wear out first, but not until after several uses. The thing you need to know about the plastic support material is that it is less flexible and does not fit the contour of the palate automatically like the old paper warblers. However, this is easily overcome by slightly bending the metal clip that holds the reed & plastic support together until it fits the curve of the palate comfortably.
