USPS Shipping
Packages are sent via the shipping options provided by the United States Postal Service. Currently, these shipping options are Express Mail, Global Express, Mail, Priority Mail, Global Priority, First Class and Parcel Post. Some of these options may not be available based on the size of the package or your location. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) customers will be happy to know that mail is sent directly to Saipan from Guam daily. Delivery should be within 2 to 3 days.

Local Pickup
Residents of Guam who purchase $50 or more can request to have their order delivered to anywhere in Guam (except on military bases). For orders less than $50, a time and location for your order pickup can be arranged by calling 688-6759. This way you can save on the postage if you prefer to not have your order mailed to you.

When at the checkout module of the web site, indicate your desire to arrange for a local pickup in the comments box provided. You may pay in advance either by credit card or PayPal or wait until the time of pick up to pay by cash or check (credit cards can not be processed without going through the website checkout. Please bring a valid picture ID if you have pre-paid.

Return Policy
We will be glad to replace any trick with a manufacturer's defect. However you must contact us before returning any item for approval of the return and instructions on how to proceed. Shipping charges can not be refunded.
